MESSIAH IN THE DRESSING ROOM
SCENDEMON (2025)
THEATER
Premiere February 13, Dieselverkstaden
What if you met God? What if it didn't turn out the way you imagined?
When Lea is 20 years old and deeply depressed, she invents a private religion. Every night she ritually asks for forgiveness from a photo of a severely bullied boy who was in her middle school class. The ritual has mysterious and positive consequences for her well-being and becomes something she continues to do for many years. But when she starts a new job as an HR manager, she unexpectedly becomes a colleague with the boy in the photo. David. And he is neither godlike nor worthy of worship - quite the opposite. Suddenly, it falls to Lea to investigate serious accusations made against him.
